The Prism Perspective

A prism is a shape with a refracting surface that separates white light into a spectrum of colors. Here at Prism Perspectives, I believe that an individual's perspective is their reality, and therapy is about understanding all the colors that make up you as a human being, and accepting your authentic self. I like to get to know my clients as a whole before diving into the issues that brings them in because we do not live in a vacuum. Your life and experiences help inform the way you experience life today. I expect my clients to show up messy and real and honest; and that they trust that I will accept every part of them. Through a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, I will work with you to tune into yourself, recognize your unhelpful coping mechanism, and discover self-compassionate ways of living.
